         In July of 2005, Jennifer and Matthew Freda, two highly self-motivated professionals each possessing a background in sales, marketing, customer service and a working knowledge of the Central Florida Real Estate and Investment markets started Freda Realty, Inc. each with the desire to offer quality service at fare prices and brand their company as one that exceeds their customers expectations.  With so many real estate brokerages in this market how would they achieve this goal of setting themselves apart from the competition?  First, they created a Flat Fee real estate brokerage model offering Full and Limited Service Listings options to retail customers and a Buyer’s Rebate Program for loyal buyers. Baffled by the off balance commission structure and lack of service customers were receiving for lofty commissions the Freda’s developed a non-conventional real estate brokerage that is now revolutionizing the real estate brokerage industry.  They have stayed true to their beliefs that a customer should pay based on services rendered and not on the value of the home they are selling.

In mid 2007 Matthew and Jennifer took notice of the dramatic and substantial change in the national and local real estate markets and as a result launched a razor focused marketing campaign with their sights set to help homeowners who are facing the unfortunate and confusing situation of Pre-Foreclosure. Since specializing their efforts in this niche market Freda Realty has been able to negotiate numerous Short Sale Payoffs with the end result of obtaining a satisfaction of mortgage for the seller eliminating the threat of a deficiency judgment being filed against them.  As a result of the negotiated payoff amount buyers who were previously priced out of the home ownership market are now able to realize their dreams of owning a home.  Many times this line of work is misconstrued as taking advantage of a homeowner in a time of weakness but Freda Realty believes in and stands behind their efforts to create a “win/win” situation for all involved and feels that it’s their professional and personal mission to use this specialized knowledge and experience to communicate and educate their customers that when faced with the possibility of losing their credit as well their home there are options and Freda Realty can help. 

The future development of Freda Realty is to continue to build and improve upon the existing business models that are in place as well as expanding the brokerage by implementing a territorial team of additional independent contracted agents to cover the entire 6 county region of Central Florida . As part of this expansion Freda Realty has registered and is currently building business relationships with numerous lenders and 3^rd party loan servicing companies across the country who are looking for established Real Estate Brokerages set to perform Broker Price Opinions (BPO) in addition to listing and selling their Real Estate Owned (REO) properties.
